ShopPro Commerce is a platform. We provide the software. You run your shop. Below is a factual account of what the platform does today — no marketing inflation.
White-label storefront on your domain
Your delivery website runs on your own domain name under your own branding. Customers never see ShopPro branding. The storefront shows your shop name, your products, and your pricing.
Product catalogue
Add and manage products through a merchant admin dashboard. Set names, descriptions, prices, and stock levels. Organise products into categories for easy browsing.
Order management
Receive orders in real time. Accept or reject orders, track their status from new through to fulfilled. Designed to be operated by shop staff without dedicated technical resource.
Card payments — Viva
End-customer card payments are processed by Viva (Viva.com / Viva Wallet), a regulated payment provider. Funds settle directly to your Viva merchant account. ShopPro does not hold your money at any point.
Delivery zones and opening hours
Define your delivery area by postcode or distance. Set your opening hours and delivery windows. Your shop, your rules.
Delivery fee — your choice
You set your own delivery and service charges. The platform displays them honestly to customers above the fold — not buried at checkout. No ShopPro-imposed fee structure.
Your customer data
Customer names, addresses, contact details, and order history belong to you. You are the data controller under UK GDPR. ShopPro processes this data on your behalf only to operate the platform.
Age-restricted goods support
The platform supports listing alcohol, tobacco, and other age-restricted goods. You remain responsible for age verification at the point of delivery and for holding the correct licences. The platform does not enforce Challenge 25 — that is an operational obligation on you as the merchant.
Handheld merchant app
A mobile-optimised admin interface for managing orders from behind the counter. Designed for the reality of a busy c-store, not a desktop office.
What ShopPro Commerce is not
Not a marketplace. We do not list your products alongside competitors or operate a consumer-facing shop. Your storefront is yours alone.
Not a delivery operator. We do not provide or dispatch drivers. You fulfil your own orders using your own delivery operation.
Not a bank. We do not hold, process, or settle payments. All payment processing is handled by Viva, the regulated PSP.
Not a managed service. We provide software, not staff. You operate your own catalogue, orders, and customer service.
